Latent respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you visit latent.es, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
Who we are
Latent is an architectural visualization studio. For any privacy-related question, contact us at info@latent.es
What we collect
Information you give us. If you contact us through the website — for example via a contact form or email link — we receive whatever you choose to share: your name, email address, company, and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to you and discuss your project.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and any analytics tool we use may automatically log basic technical data: your browser type, approximate location (country/city level), pages visited, and how you arrived at the site. This is used in aggregate, to understand how the site is used and to keep it working properly — not to identify you personally.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use it for anything beyond what's described above.
Third parties
This website may include links to third-party platforms (such as Instagram or LinkedIn). If you follow those links, you leave our site and that platform's own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages only for as long as needed to respond to you and, if a project moves forward, for the duration of our working relationship. We don't keep data indefinitely without reason.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@latent.es
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are viewed and for how long, and the general location and device of visitors. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you. Google Analytics sets cookies to enable this. You can block or delete these cookies at any time through your browser settings without losing access to the site's content. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell or share this data with third parties beyond Google's own role as our analytics provider.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
